• No resource abuse (stay within CPU, RAM, and bandwidth limits).
• Cracked, leaked, or malicious server jars are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts violating these terms will be terminated without refund.

Refund & Replacement

We strive for customer satisfaction, but digital services have specific rules:

• Most sales are final unless covered by a specific warranty.
• Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Cool Host team.
• If an account is terminated for prohibited activities, you forfeit all refund rights.

Illegal Activities & Enforcement
